Susan Strecker has published two novels with Thomas Dunne Books. Her first book, NIGHT BLINDNESS, was an IndieNext pick. Her second, NOWHERE GIRL, is a mystery thriller that Kirkus Reviews calls "Compulsively readable." Her third and fourth books are finished and she's currently working on her fifth. When she's not writing or on book tour, Susan enjoys lecturing at colleges and high schools as well as editing and mentoring up-and-coming writers.

Susan has a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University. Before becoming a novelist, she was a family therapist who loved working with couples. She also owned and operated a multi-venue motorsports complex for ten years.

Susan lives in Connecticut with her husband and two kids.
